‘Shwmae Day’ incorporating
The Annual Charity Event for Years 7 – 9 in Memory of Beverly Edwards
Monday 15th October 2018
These events will be held during lessons 1-3 on Monday 15th October 2018. Normal lessons will resume for lessons 4 and 5. Years 10 and 11 will be participating in GCSE activities with normal school uniform.
It is a non school uniform day for year 7 – 9 (£1 contribution on the day to your form tutor) and we encourage pupils to wear red or green for Wales. The event is walking/running/cycling/scootering or skateboarding along the cycle track from Gowerton to Dunvant Park or the Railway Inn, Killay. Helmets must be worn if cycling, skateboarding or scootering and appropriate comfortable shoes should be worn for walking.
PUPILS MUST BRING THEIR OWN WATER FOR THE EVENT. There will be staff on duty at the halfway mark.
