On the 6th December the year 8 Gowerton girls hockey team played a match against Gwyr. We had good performances from Iris Evans, Rosie Meredith, Ffion Hennessy, Lucy Lewis-Colwill and Isla McNab.
At half time the score was 2-2 with both of our goals scored by Ffion Hennessy. Unfortunately, to our disadvantage, Gwyr had a stronger team making the final score 4-2. Lucy Lewis-Colwill got player of the match and overall we played well!
