FROM THE HEADTEACHER’S DESK

Writing, as I am, at the end of the first full fortnight of term, it is a great pleasure to look back on a stunning summer of results (and a superb start to this year).
Congratulations to our recent Year 13 on another formidable performance and entry to Higher Education. Equally (perhaps more) our praise should go to “Mrs Bevan’s” Year 11 2014-15, who gained this school’s highest ever overall results at the end of KS4. Yet more progress!

Thanks are particularly due to parents, students and pupils too, this September, for the excellent effort made in making sure that our uniform looks so good – outstanding – many thanks.
And so, our thoughts turn to making sure that we are consistent in maintaining these highest of standards whilst making sure that those values of community, camaraderie and cultural excellence we are so proud of continue. The future is bright whilst our school community continues to work together. To echo our motto, “What we should do, we can do and will do”.
