We will be leaving on Friday 28th at 8:45 and travelling to North Wales by bus with South Wales Transport. Pupils should head straight to the drama studio when they arrive at school with their luggage. Staff will meet the pupils there and head down to the buses at 8:30 in order to leave promptly at 8:45. Pupils should wear comfortable clothes for travelling and ready to start activities when we arrive at Glan-Llyn.
We will not be stopping on the journey so if the pupils require any snacks or drinks for the journey they should bring them with them in their rucksacks. Lunch will be provided at Glan-Llyn when we arrive.
Please remember pupils need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow case. Lots of warm layers of clothing that are easily dried would be best, along with old footwear. Very little money is required as the shop there is fairly limited. Any phones or electronic devices are brought at pupils own risk.
If pupils require medication during the trip this should be clearly labelled with the pupils’ name and any medical instructions and given to Mrs. King. No medication should be kept in pupils’ rooms.
We will be leaving around 1pm on the Sunday, therefore we should be back at Park Road, Gowerton by around 4:30 pm. Pupils will need a lift home on the Sunday.
