Emergency childcare for critical key workers
Gowerton School is able to offer emergency childcare for its pupils whose parents are classed as ‘Critical key workers’. Currently this is Monday to Friday, 8am -5pm for pupils up to the age of 14 years. If your child already attends, you do not need to apply again.

Critical Key Worker categories:
• NHS staff
• Blue light/emergency services staff
• Prison workers
• Social care workers
• School staff
• Those who work in food production and delivery.
Please note that the Welsh Government guidance states that the best place for your child is at home and this should be the preference where possible. WG Guidance.
