A Block is probably one of the most significant blocks for Year 7. This is where your form rooms and tutors will be based, and where your break and lunchtime zone will be.
A Block is home to the English, Modern Foreign Languages and ICT classrooms
B Block is home to many different subjects, here you will expect to find Design and Technology, Catering, Welsh Baccalaureate, Maths and Physics/Science.
You will also find our Specialist Teaching Facility and our Additional Learning Needs team here.
C Block is home to Humanities and Expressive arts subjects; Art, Music, Drama, Geography, History and Religious Studies.
D Blocks are home to a range of subjects. Here you will find Welsh, Maths, Psychology and Physical Education. Situated in between the D Blocks is our well-being centre ‘Gofal’, here you will find our pastoral staff, and Child Welfare Manager, Mrs Richards.
F Block is the newest building to be put up at Gowerton. This block is a purpose built science block comprising of 5 fully equipped laboraties. It is here you will be undertaking science lessons and many experiments.
