The Welsh Government have announced that LFT home test kits will be offered to pupils in Years 7, 8 & 9, in addition to older pupils who are already using them.
Please note that testing is completely voluntary, but its highly recommended as an additional step in keeping our school community safe.
Testing kits will only be distributed to pupils where there is a completed the consent form.

Pupils will have a short demonstration in school showing them how to use the testing kit and instruction leaflets will also be sent home with the kits.
Pupils should test twice a week, on a Monday and Thursday morning before coming into school. Pupils should not test if they have had a positive Covid test result in the last 90 days.
All test results will need to be reported on the designated NHS web page: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result
If your child receives a positive test result, they (and your whole household) should isolate immediately and they will need have a PCR Covid test at a local testing centre. ALL positive results should also be reported to school.
