Last weekend, Ben Hughes in Year 7 represented the Welsh Pre-Cadet Judo Squad in the U34kg category in the Hermee International Cup, Belgium.
Ben started the event by winning 2 contests to tough, international opponents. Sadly, Ben had to withdraw from injury after his second match and settled for a bronze medal.
Congratulations to Ben on his bronze medal, in a prestigious international event.
