As we approach the end of term, the weather is likely to get a lot sunnier and warmer.
We love being outdoors at Gowerton. Pupils spend a lot of their time outside at break and lunchtimes, and sometimes in lessons when taking advantage of the grounds for outdoor learning (shaded areas).
A reminder that pupils should bring their water bottles to school to keep hydrated, and sunscreen for protection. Also, as pollen levels are high, pupils may require their asthma pumps or antihistamines which can be stored and administered in Gofal.
Pupils can opt to wear their PE kit to school in the summer term to help keep cool also, pupils are allowed to wear a suitable sun hat when outdoors.
