The pupils in Science club attended a tour of the robotics labs, in the engineering department, at Swansea University. They learned all about various types of engineering, observed various types of robots and had a hands-on experience controlling an industrial robotic arm!
Swansea University engineering department has also very kindly loaned Gowerton Science club a Lego Mindstorm EV3 robot to compete in a Lego robot coding and problem-solving competition!”
