This year, due to the pandemic, we were unable to hold our usual Service of Remembrance. Instead we have created a virtual service which can be accessed at the bottom of this post.
As we are celebrating 125 years of education we wanted our Year 13 to participate in an assembly. The 6th form prefect team with pupils from Army, Air and Sea cadets helped us understand more about Remembrance. Millie from Year 10 played the last post while our cadets laid wreaths at our WW1 and WW2 memorial plaques.
Year 7&8 had been painting poppies during lessons and for homework. The final display was so impressive.
