We have received draft itineraries for a proposed Southern hemisphere sports tour in 2019. We would be taking students who are currently in years 9,10 and 11.

A key aim of the tour is for pupils to involve themselves in personal and group fundraising over the next three years to ensure that the cost of accompanying the tour does not provide a significant and unreasonable drain on the finances of any family.
I’ve attached a letter with provisional details.
There will be a parents’ meeting for us to outline our aims and plans for the tour before half term during which parents and students will be able to ask questions and make suggestions.
If you intend to attend the meeting to receive more information, I’d be grateful if you would ask your son/daughter to inform me in school. I will confirm the date and time of the meeting with them when it’s finalised.
