A reminder that we need copies of the identification page of all travelling pupils passports as soon as possible.
If you have applied for a new/renew passport and it has yet to return, please could this be done as soon as you receive it. Please inform us of any issues.
If you have received the passport recently, but have yet to provide us with the details, please do so as a matter of urgency. You can either send the passport into school with your child for us to take a photocopy (we will return the passport to your child straight after taking a copy), or alternatively you can email us a photo of the identification page of the passport to – hall-richr@hwbcymru.net
A reminder that although we take these details for admin purposes, your child will still be required to bring their actual passport with them on the trip to travel.
