As the national literacy and numeracy tests are fast approaching parents should be aware of the following:
Literacy
National Reading Test revision lessons will be available in room A8 during lunch on the following dates:
Tuesday 19th April
Wednesday 20th April
Thursday 21st April
Tuesday 26th April
Wednesday 27th April
Thursday 28th April
This is suitable for anyone in KS3 who is nervous about the test or who would like some help / extra revision. Pupils will also be preparing in English and literacy lessons and will be bring resources home.
Numeracy
All KS3 pupils will be having revision during their Maths and Numeracy Lessons, pupils will be bringing work home and we would be grateful if parents could support this work. Maths club is available on Thursday lunchtime for anyone requiring further help and support.
