Holiday/absence requests
Please complete a holiday/absence form at least one week prior to the absence, if you wish to request to take your child out of school during term time. Holidays should not be taken without prior approval. Holiday/absence forms can be obtained from school Reception, or can be emailed by request – please contact school on 01792 873461 if you would like a form emailed to you.
