Please can you complete this consent form (if you haven’t already), for your child to receive a lateral flow testing kit to bring home. We cannot give your child a kit without your consent.
Consent Form for Year 7
Year 7 will receive a presentation in school on Friday to show them how to test. Although voluntary, we recommend all our pupils to test at home twice a week as an additional measure to keep the school community safe.
Pupils in other year groups can continue to pick up testing kits from the main school office as and when required.
