All pupils need to bring in their consent forms to the main office as soon as possible. Spare consent forms are available from Gofal.
Pupils also need to bring in their passport and European Health Insurance Card to be photocopied. If pupils do not currently have an EHIC card applications can be made via the following website.

Cards are available free and usually take around 10 days to process so the sooner you apply the better as we do need this in order to travel.
Hoodies should be ordered with Mrs Bivens in the main office. The cost of the hoody is £16 which is required upon ordering. Although not compulsory we do recommend all pupils purchase a hoody for safety reasons during the weekend away.
