Gowerton school Team 1. Students were given a project with Kier to produce a system in a school water pipe to produce energy. On May 4th we presented our project to a team of assessors. The Team were nominated for an award for the sustainability demonstrated in their final design. Well done all!
Gowerton School Team 2 worked with SPECIFIC to develop antimicrobial coatings for high touch contact surfaces. The presented their design solution at the engineering awards and were nominated for the best use of chemical engineering. There were nine awards in total and forty-six groups. A nomination alone is a massive achievement. Well done!
