As you are aware, we depart on our journey to Disneyland Paris on the evening of Thursday 7th March.
Here are a few important reminders:
- Coaches and Staff will arrive at Penllergaer Services for 6.30pm
- Luggage will be loaded onto the coaches from 6.45pm aiming for a prompt departure of 7.00pm. Pupils will be expected to know which coach they are to board, and must provide each coach leader with their Passport, Health Card and any Medication (clearly labelled in a transparent bag) that they require throughout the weekend. Although we have taken photocopies of the pupils passports, this was for administration purposed only, and pupils will still require their actual passport to travel.
- The coaches will have to depart Penllergaer at 7.00pm sharp to make sure we make our allocated crossing time at Dover. Can you please ensure pupils are there, and waiting to board the coaches at 6.45pm.
- Please refrain from parking in the coach bays outside of the Service area, this is the easiest and safest place for us to load luggage and children on to the coaches.
- When luggage is loaded under the coaches, pupils will not have access to this until the Friday night. Any items that they need, will need to be carried as hand luggage (small rucksack)
- The weather for Paris seems very changeable, please pack accordingly.
- Please be sensible with allowing pupils to carry large amounts of money. We suggest breaking it up into envelopes, labelled with each day.
