- You must be at Penllergaer services by 5:15pm on Thursday 5th March, we need to all be loaded on the coaches by 5:30pm as we are leaving by 5:45pm after our final checks. Please take into consideration the evening traffic surrounding Penllergaer, it tends to get really busy around rush hour. The coaches must leave at 5.45pm to make our ferry crossing to Calais.
- Pupils must hand their passports and EHIC cards as they board the bus. (EHIC advisory but not essential).
- Any medication must be clearly labelled and handed in on the bus (apart from blue inhalers which pupils should keep with them at all times)
- Pupils should wear comfortable clothes for the journey – they will need to wear the same clothes the next day in the park.
- Any items pupils may require during the first day should be packed as hand language.
- Pupils may bring a small pillow and blanket for the journey – these can be left on the bus while at the park.
- Pupils should make sure they have a fully charged battery pack with them so that they can charge their phone on the go in the park.
- Pupils will need money for breakfast and lunch in Disneyland Paris plus any spending money they may require, all other money should be packed safely in their suitcases.
- Warm clothes are required, coat, hat and scarf.
- Pupils should be sure to wash their hands as often as possible during the day at the parks and at the hotel, especially before eating.
