Pupils initially paid £100 deposit to secure a place on the trip.
All pupils should have been issued with payment cards which we record payments on – any issues with cards please go to the finance office. Some pupils have already been making subsequent payments towards the trip.
The total amount of the trip is £420 which needs to be paid in full by December 2nd at the latest as we will need to transfer the balance to Schools into Europe soon after.
With regards to the remaining balance of £320 we would like to suggest the following payment schedule.
£160 by Friday October 28th
£160 by Friday December 2nd
If pupils do not pay these instalments by these dates, they will unfortunately forfeit their place on the trip as we do have a substantial waiting list.
Parents are welcome to make smaller payments on a weekly basis if this helps to budget – please be sure to bring payment cards each time a payment is made so that we can record the amount paid. Please could all payments be either cash or cheque. Please could payments be made in an envelope labelled clearly with your child’s name and Disneyland Paris trip. It would be beneficial to record this information on the back of any cheques also.
Passports
Please can we also remind parents that all pupils will need passports which are valid for at least 3 months after the day we plan to leave – March 2nd (please check the ‘expiry date’)If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
