There will be an important meeting for parents of pupils attending the forthcoming Disneyland Paris trip. The meeting will take place in the main hall on Monday January 27th from 6 till 7 pm.
We will send out consent / health forms with pupils at the start of next week – please return these as soon as possible to Mr Hall-Richards or Mrs Godbeer in resources.
Passports are obviously required to travel – the school will need passport numbers and a photo copy of each child’s passport to keep for emergencies/passenger manifests. Please send in passports to be photocopied in resources. PLEASE REMEMBER, despite us taking a copy of the passports, your child will still require their passport to travel abroad and won’t be able to board the coaches without providing it to a member of staff.
With the uncertainty over Brexit, and the UK due to depart the European Union on January 31st, European Health Insurance Cards may not be valid. However, if your child does have an EHIC we would also be required to take a copy of that. The school also has a high level of insurance cover for all pupils/staff travelling abroad.

Tour hoodies will be available to order on the evening of the meeting. They will cost approximately £16. Please bring money with you on the evening if you wish to purchase a hoodie.
