Disneyland Paris Trip 2nd March – 5th March 2023
Payment Schedule
As you are aware, the total cost of the trip to Disneyland Paris is £420. Pupils initially paid a non-refundable deposit of £100 to secure a place on the trip.
This deposit has been sent to Schools into Europe – our tour provider.
A second instalment of £160 was required by Friday 28th October. Could you please check your records or payment cards to make sure this payment has not been missed.
The final payment of £160 was originally due on Friday 2nd December. HOWEVER Schools into Europe have recently issued an extension on the date they require the full balance paid to January instead of December, therefore if it makes things easier the final payment of £160 can be paid in the new year but needs to be in the school before Friday 13th January.
According to our financial records, there are a small number of pupils who have only paid the £100 deposit.
Could the overdue second instalment of £160 be paid as soon as possible in order to secure their place on the trip. If payments are not received, pupils will unfortunately forfeit their place on the trip. The final £160 will then be due in January.
Please could all payments be either cash or cheque and should be clearly labelled in an envelope with your child’s name and Disneyland Paris Trip. It would be beneficial to record this information on the back of any cheques.
If there are any issues with payments, please contact the school and let us know as soon as possible.
Passports
Please can we remind parents that all pupils will need passports which are valid for at least 3 months after the day we leave – 2nd March (please check the expiry date).
Parents Meeting
There will be a parents evening in school to discuss all the details about the trip and what is required at the end of January.
