2 weeks ago during PSE for Year 7 and Year 8, the charity committee held various stalls in the sports hall during break and lunchtime which raised funds for ‘Paul Popham Renal Support Wales’.
Last week, a cheque for £600 which included a collection from Mr Ian Davies and Year 10 pupils was presented to Joanne Popham, his daughter.
There have been various cake sales held in school over the last few weeks. Contributions have gone to the following:
Golau Cancer Foundation at Singleton Hospital, £100
Alzeimers Society, £100
RSPCA Llys Nini Animal Centre, £50
Size of Wales, £200
Candy Free Kids for diabetes, £100
